Laura Prepon and Ben Foster’s divorce settlement revealed their respective monthly incomes — and the numbers might shock fans.

Foster’s gross monthly income is $70,509.92, while Prepon’s gross monthly income totals $22,205.50, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. (In Touch was first to report the news.)

The Punisher actor, 44, agreed to pay his ex-wife $5,500 a month in child support. The former couple — who share daughter Ella, 7, and a son, whose name has never been publicly revealed, born in 2020 — will split time with their children.

Prepon will be the primary residence for the kids, serving as their home 227 days. Foster will get 138 days, sharing custody of the kids throughout the week. The exes agreed to split the costs of tuition and school-related expenses moving forward.

While the former spouses have traded jabs in court documents — Prepon accused Foster of having a drinking problem, while he claimed Prepon was guilty of “inappropriate marital conduct” — they have officially finalized their divorce. The marital dissolution agreement, which was executed on Tuesday, April 14, confirmed that Prepon and Foster agreed to uphold their prenuptial agreement.

When it comes to their shared home in Nashville, Tennessee, the That ‘70s Show alum and Foster agreed to sell. The property was previously listed for $4 million, with the understanding that Prepon will be paid $977,987 from the net proceeds. The former couple will split the rest of the proceeds 50/50, per their divorce docs.

The Hell or High Water actor was awarded his 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 and 2012 Chevrolet Silverado, as both are in Foster’s name. Prepon will retain her 2023 Land Rover Discovery Sport, which is in her name.

The pair will also receive any checking, savings, investments, stocks or crypto currency in their individual names. Foster will retain 100 percent ownership of his business Perfect Bananafish, Inc., while Prepon will keep 100 percent ownership of her company Laura P. Enterprises, Inc., per the docs.

The actors plan to “take whatever steps are necessary to dissolve” their joint company Infinity Rose, LLC, which they co-own after they close on the sale of their home, the docs read.

Foster and Prepon also agreed not to pay alimony and waived their rights to receive spousal support.
